Gary
Cardozo, MBA, MSc. - CEO, Founder
Gary Cardozo is a
chief executive officer and
co-founder of QuidPal.com. Mr.
Cardozo holds degrees from University of Western Australia and
The University of Kent, England. He leads the company's
corporate strategy. He is head of quality, information
systems and the communication. He is also the chairman
of QuidPal Inc. North America division. Gary’s broad and
diverse experience in software technology and management
ranges from programming and project management to
managing software delivery. From 2001 to present, he
holds charge of technical development for QuidPal.com
worldwide operations. In this role, he has been
responsible for the execution, implementation and
delivery of
e-MoneyTools™
to
customers.

Cameron Maher, MBA, MIS. -
COO, Founder
Cameron Maher is one of the founders of QuidPal Inc. Mr.
Maher articulated, designed and implemented the
e-MoneyTools™,
which has become the foundation for the success of
QuidPal.com. As chief operating officer, he plays a key
role in defining the company strategy and in using
technology and innovation continuously to maintain its
leadership of the industry. His responsibilities include
management of design, customer relations, technology
development and investments. Mr. Maher earned an MBA
from The University of Geneva, Switzerland and an MIS
from The University of Arizona, United States. |

Ian J. McMillan, BBA. - Director
Ian J. McMillan
is a member of the board and
director of Administration. He holds a BBA from Pace
University, New York and has developed a
successful career in senior leadership positions at
large corporations. He has served and continues to serve
as a consultant to several corporations and industrial
groups worldwide. |

Michael Hoffman, BA. - Director
Michael Hoffman is member of
the board and director of Human Resources. Michael
obtained a BA from University of California, Berkeley.
He is an
integral part of the QuidPal team and has been actively
maintaining the HR excellence standards. He joined
QuidPal.com in 2002 and has served as a member of the
board since Feb 2004. |

She is a graduate of University of
Massachusetts, leads an independent market strategy consulting
practice and works with several global companies
directing the development of

Joan Sato, MSc.
- Director
Joan
Sato is member of the board and director of Research
and Education. She joined QuidPal.com in 2003 and has
served as a member of the board since Mar 2005. She has
been working with several prominent corporations in
North America and also involved with non-profit
organizations to improve the quality of educational
system in Africa and South America. Joan received a
master's degree in Mathematics from National University
of Singapore.
