The most updated version of the Terms will replace all previous versions. Your use of the QuidPal.com website or continued use of our services after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. Fees and Cancellations In order for you to use the QuidPal.com services, you are required to agree to the additional fees and The Cancellations policy. The services offered by QuidPal.com to you conditioned on your acceptance without your modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the QuidPal service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. QuidPal.com reserves the right, with or without notice to you, to change these Fees and The Cancellations policy in our sole and absolute discretion. All Subscription fees listed on this site are in US dollars unless otherwise expressed within this policy. In order to access or use the QuidPal.com products and services, the users must agree to our subscription payment terms. These subscription fees apply to all users that provide valid payment information such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal payment and all other valid forms of payment information. The initial charged fee for our services is non-refundable. Yearly subscriptions require 12 month commitment and full payment up-front to qualify for reduced monthly fee. No refund is given on cancellation of Yearly subscription prior to the end of the subscription period. When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access to the site is terminated beginning on the next Billing Cycle Date for the account, and you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any monthly payments. Renewed annual subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. These subscription fees are paid for the right to use our services and tools through QuidPal.com website. The users does not have any purchasing or exclusive rights to any of our Web page or information provided on QuidPal.com. QuidPal.com reserves the absolute rights to change pricing or limit users account based on the account activity. The subscription fees for drop shipping and e-commerce solution only gives you the access to our e-Warehouse. All product costs, ship rates, and/or handling fees and transaction charges are paid separately at the time of purchase. Payment Terms All members are required to provide a valid form of payment on file such as credit cards, debit cards, and other valid forms of payment on file for monthly or yearly billing cycle in order to use our services provided through QuidPal.com. Providing a form of accepted payment on file allows the account holder unlimited access to our system as long as the account is paid in full for the due subscription fee. Payments made for a particular billing cycle gives the right to access the QuidPal.com website until the next billing cycle due date. Accounts without a valid payment method at the end of the billing cycle will be disabled. Your QuidPal.com subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis. Billing Cycles Dates The Date on which the user chooses a subscription plan is considered to be the subscription "Billing Cycle Date" and the user will be billed the monthly or yearly fee in advance for the entire selected subscription period. Monthly and annual subscription payments are processed each month and year respectively on the account Billing Cycle Date. You must notify QuidPal.com to cancel or change your subscription before the next "Billing Cycle Date" to avoid additional charges. When you cancel your subscription, your access to the QuidPal.com website is terminated beginning on the account's next "Billing Cycle Date". Accounts that do not have a valid payment method on file with QuidPal.com at the end of the "Billing Cycle Date" will be disabled and all the services provided by QuidPal.com will be discontinued. Every subscriber must agree to the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are a binding, ongoing contract between you and QuidPal.com. A Charge Back is considered a breach of the contract. Access to the QuidPal.com service will be immediately terminated. QuidPal reserves the absolute rights to pursue the subscriber legally for any breach in the contract. Use of Information Submitted and Copyright QuidPal.com holds absolute rights to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews contained in any communication you may send to QuidPal.com. All content included on the QuidPal.com website and delivered to subscribers as part of our services, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of QuidPal Inc., or its suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Content should not be reproduced or used without express written permission from QuidPal Inc., or its suppliers. QuidPal reserves the right to terminate your membership hereunder if QuidPal.com in its sole and absolute discretion, believes that you are in violation of these terms. All trademarks not owned by QuidPal Inc., that appear on the QuidPal.com website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by QuidPal.com. Account access and Identity Protection You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You may not share your account with other people by providing them your password. However, if you decide to share your account with other people, you take full responsibility for their actions and liabilities. Users of public or shared computers should log out at the completion of each visit to the QuidPal.com website. If you find that you're a victim of identity theft and it involves a QuidPal.com account, you should notify our customer service. Report this instance to your credit card issuer(s), as well as your local law enforcement agency. QuidPal.com reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the subscriber in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. QuidPal.com is not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of QuidPal.com or by the automated payment processes of QuidPal.com. Product Warranty All warranties for products purchased through QuidPal.com are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers, their agents and suppliers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. In the event that the product is a health related device or nutritional supplement, all information contained on the website, including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational purposes only. Shipping, Handling and Charges QuidPal.com and its suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with p.o. box addresses will not be processed. You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from QuidPal.com You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned for any reason. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The user has full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the order, including actual item, pricing, shipping, and handling fees prior to order placement. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, under certain circumstances, orders may be canceled or modified.
